MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN– BAYTOWN, TEXAS
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the prompt and efficient performance of all tasks assigned by the Lead Maintenance Tech & Community Manager, including but not limited to maintaining the physical condition of the community from both a preventative and corrective standpoint. Plumbing, wall-patching, electrical, AC and painting experience required. Work environment varies and will include working both inside apartments as well as outside of the buildings.

FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER/IN HOUSE ACCOUNTING – SUGAR LAND
The Full Charge Bookkeeper/In House Accounting will oversee accounting including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, and account and bank reconciliation. This is a position in a growing and expanding Multifamily Construction & Property Management Company with multiple bank accounts and multiple entities. Will be responsible for the financial management of those accounts.
APARTMENT LEASING AGENT - BEAUMONT
Seeking an aggressive high-energy Leasing Agent in Beaumont, Texas. This Apartment Leasing Agent position will be responsible for maintaining occupancy levels through strong sales skills along with assisting in property operations; working with maintenance staff; working under property manager and complying with all online reporting requirements. APARTMENT LEASING CUSTOMER RELATIONS AGENT– BEAUMONT
Seeking an Apartment Leasing Customer Relations Agent, to help manage the day-to-day operations of the community, with a focus on accounts receivable, collections, reporting, leasing, and renewals. Also responsible for inspection of apartment homes after move-out and customer service with current residents as well as office management and support. Above all, you will have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service.
